HR01528 - Black and Tan Begging Chihuahua
This 'begging' Chihuahua, in Black and Tan coloration measures 2" tall, 1 1/2" (from front to back),
and 1 1/2" wide (from outside edges of those FABULOUS big ears)!
This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.

All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of "China".
Most of the pieces undergo at least two (2), with some having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln.
Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to 1650 degrees, dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing,
a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.

A classic black and tan coloration on this Chihuahua, gives a great personality to this miniature.
Muzzle and paws are highlighted in a shade lighter brown, giving emphasis to this figurine.
Details include highlights in the eyes.
A perfectly shaped 'doggie' nose, and definition of the mouth, in black.
Lighter brown shading inside the ears, and on the eyebrows give this cutie, that "anxious to go home with you look"!
