TINY Brown "Baby Seal'
This adorable little guy is STILL
attached to the
Original 1986 dated Hagen-Renaker
display card/certificate.
It is in absolutely PERFECT CONDITION.
Beautifully shaded Chocolate Brown
with a lighter grey on the breast area.
The eyes are defined with tiny black
dots.
The nose is detailed with black as
well.
Baby Seal, HR#974, was produced from spring 1977-spring 2000.
Baby Seal measures only 5/8" tall, 1
1/16" wide, (at widest points from
back flipper
to left front flipper), and approximately the same 1 1/16"
deep (front to back).
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures
listed on our website are "Fired " finishes; thus making them pieces of
"China".
Most of the pieces undergo at least
two (2), with some having three (3)
firings
in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from 2500 degrees to
1650 degrees,
dependent as to a greenware (raw
clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an overglaze (lustre, gold, or
platinum) firing.
