Made in San Dimas, Calif. .. Hagen Renaker is a family owned American company dating back to 1945.
They are known for both "full" sized Ceramic figurines, as well as their miniatures.
This "Hound Dawg" is in the miniature series.
Measuring only 5/8" long (tip of tail to end of nose), by 1/2" wide (side to side). It is definitely one of the smallest pieces.
It is 1 1/8" tall.
The detailing on this miniature is incredible. The body is a caramel color with the ears being a deeper reddish brown.
The eyes are classic "Hound Dawg", with the whites at the bottom of the eye sockets and the pupils in black, at the top.
The nose is a black 'bulb' shape.
The mouth is defined with an outline of black.
