HR00219 - Baby Duck
"Baby Duck" is currently being produced by the
Hagen-Renaker Ceramic Artists in San Dimas California!
'Baby Duck' measures 3/4" tall, by 1/2" wide (at widest point, tips of
wings),
7/8" deep (front to back, beak to tip of tail).
This piece is a high gloss fired glaze finish on a Ceramic clay
base that was fired to approximately 2300 degrees Fahrenheit.
All of the Hagen Renaker miniatures listed on our website are "Fired "
finishes; thus
making them pieces of "China". Most of the pieces undergo at least two
(2), with some
having three (3) firings in a Ceramic kiln. Temperatures will vary from
2500 degrees to 1650 degrees,
dependent as to a greenware (raw clay) firing, a glaze firing, or an
overglaze (lustre, gold, or platinum) firing.

This precious tiny duck is yellow.
The beak is detailed with yellow ochre.
The eyes are black dots.
