"Dot" is finish in "Black" Art Glass that has a high gloss finish.
The enhancement of the painted design was created by
Michelle Kibbe.
Our stock was meticulously handpainted by talented factory artist J Cutshaw (Jeanne Cutshaw).
Her signature is in permanent china paint on the bottom of the figurines.
