Madras Pink's warm hue was the newest (and the LAST) addition to the family of Fenton pinks, which began in the 1920s. It was presented during the 2009 season.
An expensive rare-earth element called Erbium, exported from Sweden, is the secret behind this lovely color.

"Madras Pink" Art Glass, is a delicate jewel tone, excellent for a home d?cor accent, very impressive.

This lovely "SWUNG" vase will vary on the top rim treatment.
The artisans literally swing the piece, during the molton glass stage, to create variations in the folds that form around the rim of this vase.
Because of the "swung" treatment, the height can vary up 1-2 inches, around the rim.
These vases range in height from 10 1/2" to 12 1/2" tall.
The base measures 4 1/4" across bottom.
The pedestal base measures 3 1/2" tall (of that overall height).
The width will also vary(dependent on the "swung" treatment).
