Gifts A'la Mode is a gift shop specializing in unique gifts and collectibles. We are located in Austin, Texas. Our goal is to provide our customers with a fun and enjoyable shopping experience. Online Sales Policy
Online ordering is currently available within the United States and Canada, only.
All orders billed to a Texas address are subject to the state and local sales taxes.

Shipping Policy
Gifts A'la Mode currently ships to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada, only. We do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or any other U.S. territories or protectorates.
Items ordered through the online store may be picked up at the Austin, Texas location, with prior approval.

Shipping Information
If you order multiple items, every effort will be made to combine items into one carton.
Unless prior arrangements are made, all items will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be shipped, after the order is received.
Shipping Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Regular Shipping is provided on a Table Rate basis, unless otherwise noted.

FREE SHIPPING FOR 2017! We are offering Free Shipping on all orders. Shipping will be by FedEx Ground or USPS. If you require special handeling, additional rates will apply.

A Handling Fee will apply on all orders
A Handling Fee of only $5.00 will be added to the total order, regardless of how many items are in the order.

Online Payment Information
Gifts A'la Mode currently accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or Debit Cards for payment on items ordered through our online store. You may also use your PayPal account.
We will also accept personal checks, Bank/Certified Checks and U.S. Money Orders. If you pay by check or money order, please allow extra up to to ten (10) days for your payment to clear the bank. Payment must clear the bank, prior to the shipment of your order.
All payments are verified through and will be processed prior to shipping.
Your online account and payment information is transmitted via a secure link provided through Comodo. You may receive a Popup Notification that the page contains both secure and insecure items. Please rest assured that ALL Account and Bank information will be transmitted via a secure link. We do not accept cash or foreign currencies.

Gifts A'la Mode wants your online shopping experience to be a pleasant one. Therefore, we ask that you please select you items carefully. All items sold on this website are shipped directly from our store and are inspected prior to shipment. Every effort is made to insure that your item is of top quality. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your purchase, Gifts A'la Mode will refund the purchase price of the item(s), provided that:
a) You notify Gifts A'la Mode, either in writing or by e-mail, within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item, that it is your desire to return said item;
b) That the item is in like new condition, is in the original box and contains all instructions, certificates, etc.;
c) That shipping and handling costs of the return be paid for by the buyer.
Gifts A'la Mode does not currently charge an inventory or restocking fee.
In the event an item that you ordered arrives damaged, contact the shipping company that delivered the item as soon as possible, to file a claim. If there is visible damage to the shipping container, please be sure and retain the container, to support your claim. Feel free to contact us, should you desire our help with your claim.
If you believe that an item that you purchased is defective, please contact us. Should Gifts A'la Mode determine that the item is in fact defective, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the item.
If the item can not be repaired and no replacement is available, we will refund the purchase price, subject to our refund policy outlined below.
Absolutely no returns will be allowed, without prior written authorization.
Shipping on ALL returned items, except those that have been determined to be defective, will be at the customers expense, unless prior arrangements are made.

Refunds will be made by company check or by crediting the buyer's credit card/debit card account, at our sole discretion
No cash refunds.
